Next 17th June the on-line seminar Natural radioactivity in water for human consumption will be held within the frame of the European Project LIFE ALCHEMIA. The seminar will be organized by the Spanish partners Regional Government of Almería and CIESOL-University of Almería
The seminar expects to emphasize the current problem related to the removal of natural radioactivity in drinking water treatment plants fed with underground water, as well as the management of NORM residues generated in these facilities.
Different speakers from bodies related to water cycle, radioactivity and environment will participate, as well as the Estonian partners of the consorptium University of Tartu and Tallinn University of Technology.
The participation in the seminar is FREE OF CHARGE and it will be held ON-LINE in SPANISH language.
